Work to describe

What does your lot need?

01 / Existing layout

Parking lot restriping

Identify faded stall lines, arrows, curb markings, or stencils and whether the current layout is intended to stay the same. An existing line is not by itself proof of an approved layout.

02 / Proposed changes

New or changed markings

Share a site plan or description of proposed changes to parking rows, loading areas, circulation, or pedestrian crossings. A layout question needs review before paint or timing can be discussed.

03 / Site-specific review

Accessible and fire-lane markings

Tell us which accessible spaces, access aisles, fire lanes, or related markings are involved. Bring applicable plans and property requirements; the authority with jurisdiction determines code requirements.

Marking options, scope, price, and availability depend on the property. This page is not a code-compliance determination or a commitment to perform a specific service.

A practical handoff

From property details to a defined next step.

Las Vegas properties have different tenant, delivery, and access constraints. Put those into the first request rather than leaving them for the day of work.

  1. Locate the property. Include an address or nearest cross streets and the part of the lot under discussion.
  2. Describe the markings. Say whether you need a refresh or a changed layout, plus any accessible spaces, fire lanes, arrows, or loading zones to review.
  3. Explain site access. Note gates, active traffic, areas that must remain open, preferred windows, and available photos or plans.
  4. Confirm the next step. RAVFIA reviews the request, asks for missing details, and discusses a site review, scope, quote, or schedule as appropriate.
Common scope questions

Know what to share before asking for a quote.

What details should I include in a striping request?

Send the property location, whether the work is restriping or a proposed change, the markings involved, and any site-access constraints. An approximate stall count helps but is optional. Our project scope checklist can help you prepare.

Is restriping the same as changing a layout?

No. Refreshing existing markings and moving stalls or traffic patterns are different scopes. If your plan is changing, flag that up front and share any approved site plan or requirements you have.

Can the form accept lot photos or plans?

Not yet. Mention what is available in your inquiry, and we can discuss how to share it during follow-up. The photo guide explains which views may help.

Does submitting a request confirm a work date or code compliance?

No. The website receipt confirms your inquiry was saved. Scope, applicable requirements, price, and a work date need separate review and agreement.
