Website terms / October 5, 2026

Information first. Agreements separately.

These terms explain the limited purpose of this public website and its inquiry forms. They do not replace a project-specific proposal or written agreement.

Use of the site

You may use this website to read about RAVFIA and send a relevant, lawful inquiry. Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, private records, or someone else's personal information without their authority. Website content may change as details are verified or services evolve.

Requests are not contracts

A submitted inquiry, automated receipt, preferred date, telephone call, or website description does not create a contract, guarantee service, confirm price or availability, or reserve a work window. Work scope, responsibilities, applicable requirements, pricing, and scheduling require separate review and agreement. For an existing request, include your reference when contacting support.

Planning information and external links

Guides and articles are general information, not engineering, legal, accessibility, fire-code, or site-specific compliance determinations. Check the requirements applicable to your property with the relevant professionals and authorities. Links to third-party sites are provided as sources or conveniences; RAVFIA does not control their content or privacy practices.

Images, materials, and your information

Photos labeled representative are not evidence of RAVFIA projects. Site text and original graphics may not be reused as RAVFIA's endorsement of another service; third-party images remain subject to their own license terms. See image and publication practices. The privacy notice describes how inquiry information is handled.
