What happens after you get in touch.

Operations: from inquiry to review

Use the contact page for a general question or the dedicated project form for a striping request. A successful website submission returns a reference after the request is saved. RAVFIA reviews the details and can ask follow-up questions before discussing scope, price, or a work date. A form receipt does not mean a proposal has been accepted or a team has been assigned.

Public information and governance

This site describes RAVFIA Strategic Operations LLC's current public-facing focus. It is not a substitute for an official business record, a project proposal, or a written agreement. We do not infer licenses, certifications, government relationships, insurance, subcontractor commitments, or completed projects from a company name or a website page. Ask for applicable documentation for a specific activity before relying on a claim.

When public information needs correction, we aim to update or remove unsupported wording rather than leave it in place. Report an error through contact; substantive business and legal statements should be verified with the company before publication.

Image and publication policy

The parking-markings image on our Las Vegas service page is a previously downloaded Unsplash image used under the Unsplash License. It is representative stock imagery, not a RAVFIA site, employee, vehicle, customer, or result. Other project photos will not be described as completed work without accurate context and permission to publish.

Our planning guides and field notes are educational publications. They do not determine code compliance, certify a layout, or replace an on-site review. We do not publish customer testimonials or project outcomes without evidence and appropriate permission.
