Photos can explain a property faster than a long description. The inquiry form does not take uploads yet, so mention the photos you have and RAVFIA can discuss a suitable way to share them during follow-up.
Start wide, then move close
- Take wide views from each side of the lot so entrances, drive lanes, and parking rows are visible.
- Photograph markings that are faded, missing, or proposed for change.
- Capture arrows, loading areas, accessible parking markings, fire lane markings, and unusual edges separately when relevant.
- Show obstacles such as islands, gates, curbs, parked equipment, and drainage features that could affect the work area.
Add context
Label photos by area, building, or row. A simple sketch or marked-up site plan can show which sections belong in the request. If a location has multiple phases, identify each phase before asking for timing.
Keep private records, payment details, license plates, and people out of the images when practical. Do not send sensitive material through a general website inquiry.
Photos support a scope discussion; they do not replace a site review when one is needed.
