Access and scheduling worksheet

Questions to settle before requesting a work window on an active commercial property.

A preferred date is useful only when the property can make the work area available. Use these prompts with the people who manage tenants, vehicles, gates, and deliveries.

Map the operating day

  • What hours are busiest for customers, residents, staff, or deliveries?
  • Which rows, lanes, and entrances must remain usable?
  • Are there recurring loading, waste collection, or service windows?
  • Who can authorize a closure or phase the work area?

Prepare the property

  • Identify a contact who can coordinate vehicle movement and access.
  • Check whether tenants or occupants need advance notice under the property's own rules.
  • Share gate instructions and any site-specific restrictions during scope review.
  • List alternate dates or windows if the first choice cannot be confirmed.

RAVFIA reviews the scope and availability before confirming a work date. Do not treat a requested date or a submitted inquiry as a reservation.

This is a planning worksheet, not a promise about duration, closure requirements, or availability.
